I-V Legal always strives to put customer support as our top priority, subsequently, we try to provide the service fee that is most flexible and suitable to the needs and interests of the parties. Our Valued Clients can choose from packages that we provide hereunder:
- Legal retainer fee: Applied to clients who wish to use our legal services on a regular basis to support daily business operations. Depending on a case-by-case basis, I-V Legal shall propose 10-22 hours/month for this package with a fixed monthly fee in which we shall act as in-house lawyers for our Valued Clients.
- Hourly consultation fee: Applied to complicated cases with the settlement process interrupted, delayed or prolonged, difficult to determine the end date and the volume of work. Therefore, such cases may be subject to be calculated on our hourly consultation fee, which is in accordance with the complexity of the case and the level of experience of the lawyers involved. The hourly fee schedule shall be published every 6 months by I-V Legal and may be considered and adjusted for each specific case.
- Full package fee: Applied to cases where the volume, scope of work as well as the time to perform, complete the work can be clearly determined. Subsequently, I-V Legal shall propose a fixed fee labor the complete performance of the work agreed.
