Litigation (Dispute Resolution)

I-V Legal shall provide clients with services including: (i) advising on the order and proceedings at arbitration or court as well as dispute resolution strategy; (ii) representing clients in the proceedings at the Vietnamese arbitration/court and the Indian Court; (iii) consulting on legal procedures during the enforcement, recognition of court judgments/decisions and arbitral awards period.
