On October 1, 2023, the Supreme People’s Court has issued Decision No. 364\/Q\u0110-CA regarding the announcement of case laws. As such, 07 case laws were approved by the Justice Council of the Supreme People’s Court and were hence announced in accordance with this Decision.<\/p>\n

The announced case laws include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Case Laws No. 64\/2023\/AL on defining punishment and aggravating factor of \u201corganized\u201d in the \u201cKidnapping for ransom\u201d crime.<\/li>\n
  2. Case Laws No. 65\/2023\/AL on the criminal prosecution of \u201cHuman trafficking\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Case Laws No. 66\/2023\/AL on charging the crime of “Human trafficking.”<\/li>\n
  4. Case Laws No. 67\/2023\/AL on the recipient of assets when dividing the property.<\/li>\n
  5. Case Laws No. 68\/2023\/AL on the right to inherit property in the form of a house for foreign-resident Vietnamese heirs.<\/li>\n
  6. Case Laws No. 69\/2023\/AL on the jurisdiction of Commercial Arbitrators in resolving disputes over non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.<\/li>\n
  7. Case Laws No. 70\/2023\/AL on the termination of labor contracts for part-time trade union cadres.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    People’s Courts and Military Courts are responsible for researching and applying these case laws in proceedings starting from November 1st<\/sup>, 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
