This is mainly due to the effectiveness of M&A in paving the way for foreign investors to distribute their pharmaceutical product to the Vietnamese market in the context of limited drug distribution rights.<\/p>\n

However, 2019 marked a shift in the M&A trend in the pharma industry, from focusing on pharma corporations to more emphasis being put upon healthcare and medical services, resulting in major M&A deals during this period. Consequently, many a expert have predicted this direction will not only remain but will also further expand to the realm of improving medical and healthcare technology.<\/p>\n
