{"id":4004,"date":"2023-08-02T11:24:47","date_gmt":"2023-08-02T04:24:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/i-vlegal.com\/?p=4004"},"modified":"2023-08-02T11:41:21","modified_gmt":"2023-08-02T04:41:21","slug":"amendments-to-10-visa-exit-and-entry-documents-templates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/i-vlegal.com\/en\/amendments-to-10-visa-exit-and-entry-documents-templates\/","title":{"rendered":"Amendments to 10 visa, exit and entry documents templates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On June 30<sup>th<\/sup>, 2023, the Minister of the Ministry of Public Security has promulgated Circular No. 22\/2023\/TT-BCA amending several templates attached to Circular No. 04\/2015\/TT-BCA on template documents relating to the exit, entry and residency of foreigners in Vietnam (\u201c<strong>Circular 22<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4005\" src=\"http:\/\/i-vlegal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/E-Amendments-to-10-visa-exit-and-entry-documents-templates.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1366\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i-vlegal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/E-Amendments-to-10-visa-exit-and-entry-documents-templates.png 1366w, https:\/\/i-vlegal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/E-Amendments-to-10-visa-exit-and-entry-documents-templates-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/i-vlegal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/E-Amendments-to-10-visa-exit-and-entry-documents-templates-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/i-vlegal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/E-Amendments-to-10-visa-exit-and-entry-documents-templates-768x432.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1366px) 100vw, 1366px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, Circular 22 has amended and supplemented several templates on visa, exit, entry and residency of foreigners, including the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>(i)<\/strong> Supplement the template of Viet Nam E-Visa Application Form (Form NA1a). Consequently, foreigners can now apply for electric visa (\u201c<strong>E-Visa<\/strong>\u201d) more conveniently.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(ii)<\/strong> Amend and supplement several contents in the Sponsoring Application Form For Foreign Family Members To Enter Vietnam (Form NA3). Specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supplement Citizen ID to Section I.6 on requirements on legal documents of the Sponsor;<\/li>\n<li>Vietnamese citizens and foreigners with Permanent Resident Card are no longer required to have the Sponsoring Application certified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>(iii)<\/strong> Amend and supplement several requirements to the Application Form For Visa Issuance, Stay Extension for temporary residence foreigners in Vietnam (Form NA5), specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amend the requirement on photo submission in which only if the applicant request the issuance of a separate would the photo submission be required.<\/li>\n<li>Vietnamese citizens and foreigners with Permanent Resident Card who are applicants\/sponsors are no longer required to have the Form certified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>(iv)<\/strong> Amend several contents of the Sponsoring Application for Temporary Resident Cart Issuance (Form NA7) specifically as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amend Section I.4 on <em>Permanent Resident Address (according to permanent household registry)<\/em> to <em>Permanent Resident Address (according to Identity Card\/Citizen ID)<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>Supplement Citizen ID to Section I.5 on requirements on legal documents of the Sponsor;<\/li>\n<li>The Sponsoring Application For Temporary Resident Card Issuance no longer requires certification from competent authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>(v)<\/strong> Amend and supplement several contents in Sponsoring Form for Foreigners Permanently Reside in Vietnam (Form NA11), specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supplement Citizen ID to Section I.5 on requirements on legal documents of the Sponsor;<\/li>\n<li>The Sponsoring Form for Foreigners Permanently Reside in Vietnam no longer requires certification from competent authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>(vi)<\/strong> The Application Form For Permanent Resident Card Renewal\/Reissuance (Form NA13) no longer requires certification from competent authorities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(vii)<\/strong> Amend and supplement several contents in the Application Form For Family Members To Enter Restricted,\u00a0 Border Areas (Form NA15), specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supplement the requirements on Citizen ID\/Passport;<\/li>\n<li>the Application Form For Family Members To Enter Restricted, Border Areas no longer requires certification from competent authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>(viii)<\/strong> Supplement the template Official Letter on responding to the request for e-account issuance (Form NB8).<\/p>\n<p><strong>(ix)<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Supplement the template for Separate Visa (Form NC2).<\/p>\n<p><strong>(x)\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Supplement the template for E-Visa (Form NC2a).<\/p>\n<p>Circular No. 22\/2023\/TT-BCA shall enter into force on <strong>August 15<sup>th<\/sup>, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"kk-star-ratings kksr-auto kksr-align-left kksr-valign-bottom\"\n    data-payload='{&quot;align&quot;:&quot;left&quot;,&quot;id&quot;:&quot;4004&quot;,&quot;slug&quot;:&quot;default&quot;,&quot;valign&quot;:&quot;bottom&quot;,&quot;ignore&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;reference&quot;:&quot;auto&quot;,&quot;class&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;count&quot;:&quot;4&quot;,&quot;legendonly&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;readonly&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;score&quot;:&quot;5&quot;,&quot;starsonly&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;best&quot;:&quot;5&quot;,&quot;gap&quot;:&quot;5&quot;,&quot;greet&quot;:&quot;Rate this post&quot;,&quot;legend&quot;:&quot;5\\\/5 - (4 votes)&quot;,&quot;size&quot;:&quot;24&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;Amendments to 10 visa, exit and entry documents templates&quot;,&quot;width&quot;:&quot;142.5&quot;,&quot;_legend&quot;:&quot;{score}\\\/{best} - ({count} {votes})&quot;,&quot;font_factor&quot;:&quot;1.25&quot;}'>\n            \n<div class=\"kksr-stars\">\n    \n<div class=\"kksr-stars-inactive\">\n            <div class=\"kksr-star\" data-star=\"1\" style=\"padding-right: 5px\">\n            \n\n<div class=\"kksr-icon\" style=\"width: 24px;
