The pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam is filled with potential for development, and has achieved many an outstanding achievement, thus succeeding in attracting foreign funding. Nevertheless, with the rise in interest in technology transfer, there exists certain restrictions in legal policies regarding the pharmaceutical industry, hence effectively creating barriers in practice and obstacles for foreign investors wanting to invest in Vietnam.<\/p>\n

As a result, our Article aims to point out what has been accomplished as well as what are the remaining challenges impacting future investment prospects coming from foreign investors and multi-national pharmaceutical corporations and the realization of such investment prospects. Especially, for the existing challenges, our Article suggests Vietnam to observe nations with developed pharmaceutical industry such as Singapore, Korea and India in an attempt to learn and grow from their experience for the development of Vietnam\u2019s pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\n
